Position: Korean Client Service Specialist
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 100,000 NET
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Work onsite
Requirements:
• Korean National present in the Philippines
• Open to high school graduates
• Proficient in English language
• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or Betting work experience
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of Korean customers through phone calls, emails and messages
• Maintain a strong and lasting customer relationship
• Prepare required reports for the issues submitted by customers
• Coordinate with the Supervisor for escalation of concerns or feedback

• Initial Interview with Filipino HR
• Language Assessment (Translation Exam)
• Hiring Manager’s Interview
