Position: Japanese Customer Support
Industry: BPO Company (Cater online gaming industry)
Salary: Php 80,000 - 120,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Shifting (Monday - Friday)
Work Set-up: WORK ONSITE

Requirements:
• Japanese National
• Open for undergraduates and high school graduates
• Open for basic to conversational english
• Experience in Customer Service is highly advantage but not required
• Familiarity or interest in the Igaming industry is a plus
• Amenable to Work Onsite and shifting schedule

Responsibility:
• Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
• Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions
• General customer support and address the concerns of clients
• Other Duties as Assigned
