Qualifications:
🎅Korean National present in Philippines
🎅Permanent Visa Holders
🎅Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
🎅Must have at least 3 years of BPO Experience as relevant to the role.
🎅At least 2 years in College
🎅Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
🎅Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
🎅Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
🎅Can start working asap

Job Duties:
🎅Acting as a liaison between customer and IT groups
🎅Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
🎅Writes detailed business functional requirements documents.
🎅Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
🎅Performs other duties as assigned.
🎅Complies with all policies and standards.
