Position: Korean Quality Assurance
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule, weekends off (2 days off)

Requirements:
🎄 Open for Korean nationals can speak in English fluently
🎄 With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
🎄Experience in customer service for 3 years (preferably in contact centres, includes time in a quality assurance role
🎄Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
🎄 Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
🎄Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
🎄Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
🎄 Participate in call calibrations and meetings
🎄 Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
🎄 Provide feedback for improvements
🎄Monitor the performance of team members
