Position: Mandarin Team Leader

Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up

✅Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
✅Enables full-stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, and automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
✅Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
✅Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
✅Provide white-glove support to Microsoft customers but not limited SMBs, partners, and consumers, with the FCR First Call Resolution goal in mind

✅At least 2 years of professional IT experience or 2 years of professional customer service/technical support work experience in BPO or related industry
✅With M365 administration/troubleshooting skills and experience
✅Knowledge in Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Windows Server, and Azure Concept
✅Experience in or exposure to a client-facing role
✅Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields and Certification Good to have
✅Any M365, MS Windows Server, Azure, or Exchange
✅Solid foundational knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and other Office Apps
