Company Profile: Data management and information processing services, customer care and information technology services to its foreign and offshore clients.
Position: Korean Customer Support Specialist
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 115,000
Schedule: Shifting 2 days off
Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for dealing with customer’s complaints and queries.
✅ Communicate with the customer through Live Chat, outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools
✅ Responsible for coordinating with the Payment Team regarding customers pending transactions such as deposits and withdrawal
✅ Update records in the system
✅ Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
✅ Fluent Korean language
✅ Open for Basic English speakers
✅ Experience in customer service is an advantage
✅ Amenable to work in Makati
✅ Bachelor’s degree in any field
