Position: Mandarin Operations Manager
Type of job: Emails and Calls Job
Location: Should be open to report in Quezon City or Ortigas
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 140,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
❎Deal with decision-making within their area of responsibility and implement projects that will meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
❎Always seek ways to develop the performances of the supervisors and direct reports through upskilling initiatives
❎Reflect a good understanding of customer needs and client’s businesses to ensure the business solutions are matched
❎Deal with decision-making within their area of responsibility and implement projects that will meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
Requirements
❎Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
❎Bachelor's graduate of any courses.
❎Have 4 years of related work experience as a Managerial
❎Have experience in the multinational BPO / Call Center industry.
❎Has Six Sigma Certification is an advantage
