REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin Language
✅ HSK certificate is an advantage
✅ With Conversational English communication skills
✅ At Least 6 months to 1 year customer Service experience
✅ Willing to work in Pampanga
DUTIES:
✅ Assist Chinese Travelers or passenger regarding their inquiries
✅ Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing luggages
✅ Answer calls for transfer of seat or booking confirmation
✅ Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counters check in
