Position: Japanese Project Operations Assistant Manager
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Monday–Friday (09:00 AM –6:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💠Native Japanese who are proficient in the English language
💠Must have 3 years of experience in an assistant operation manager or project manager position.
💠Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required.
💠Having experience in office management
💠Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
💠Willing to work in Makati City

Job Responsibilities:
💠Working with the responsible person as needed, the duty entails submitting a performance evaluation report and your own assessment to the project manager.
💠Examine or assess the risk that the person in charge has reported, approve countermeasures, and oversee their application.
💠Organize and oversee the project's objectives, as well as team goals.
💠Effectively leading and overseeing the group, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
💠Administer, coordinate, and consult to address project goals and concerns.
💠Responsible to determine short- and long-term team goals, analyze them, resolve issues, and approve modifications.
💠Organize and supervise project objectives, foster a positive work atmosphere, and control goal implementation.
