Position: Korean Sales Specialist

✅Filipino National can speak, read and write the Korean Language.
✅Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any course.
✅Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and pleasant personality.
✅Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office and email).
✅Capable of building and maintaining good relationships with Korean clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
✅Generate sales opportunities and achieve sales targets for logistics services.
✅Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Korean clients.
✅Identify and develop new Korean accounts to expand the customer base.
✅Prepare sales quotations, reports, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
✅Coordinate with overseas affiliates and agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
✅Follow up on customer concerns and outstanding payments while ensuring excellent customer service.
