✅Good communication skills are a must.
✅Confident, Nice and polite in dealing with foreign clients
✅Know how to assist and extend professional service to Korean
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Provide the most polite and comfortable assistance to guests
✅Assist Korean speaking clients and Korean guests upon arrival
✅Understand their concerns about hotels, Casino and other inquiries
✅Provide Water, drinks, Snacks to guests if needed
✅Assist Korean guests about game related inquiries
✅Assist guest when they need transportation, Bookings in hotels
✅Greets all guests at the venue entrance and extends warmth.
✅Invite guests to enjoy hotel amenities and join events, promotions
✅Extend help to guests customers with their accommodations
✅Handle special requests of guests and clients like food preferences
