Requirements:
◉ Open to Foreign nationals who speak German language with permanent residence visa
◉ Bachelor’s degree holder
◉ Amenable to start as soon as possible
◉ Has customer service background
◉ Has leadership and management background

Responsibilities:
◉ Working with team members to define and agree current and potential future business processes.
◉ Coaching and training agents on improving Customer Interaction and offering advisors guidance
◉ Collaborates with Team Leads and Operations Leadership to create a culture of team efficiency and drive agent productivity
◉ Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
