Responsibilities:
☑️ Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
☑️ Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
☑️ Handle customer and other department inquiries.
☑️ Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
☑️ Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
☑️ Assist and handle customer ordering requests.
☑️ Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
☑️ Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.
☑️ Handle various tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
☑️ Demonstrate professional capabilities and establish good relationships with various departments and partners.
☑️ Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Chinese and English.
☑️ Possess excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
☑️ Confident, independent, and self-motivated.
☑️ Adhere to departmental and company guidelines and policies.
☑️ Presentable appearance, excellent service, organizational, and communication skills.
