An outsourcing and service provider in the Philippines that caters a professional service, marketing with vast experience on the service provider industry
Position: Korean Customer Associate
Industry: BPO/Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 130,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
✅ Native Korean currently residing in the Philippines
✅ Open to Korean National who are outside Philippines but willing to relocate
✅ At least 1 year Customer Service Experience
✅ Open for High School, Undergraduate and Graduate
✅ Willing to work on Shifting Schedule
Responsibilities:
✅ Preparing and generating reports/relating customer’s queries.
✅ Researching into customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
✅ Data entries of event results in the systems.
✅ And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
