Company Profile: This is a multi-awarded destination management company in the Philippines. This Travel Agency attracts clients from America, Europe, Russia, Australia, China & Middle East to visit the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines.
Position: German Customer Experience Specialist
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:42pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Requirements:
◉ Preferably Filipino nationals who can speak German and English language on a conversational level
◉ Degree Holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
◉ Customer driven personality. Problem solver and not complainer
◉ Excellent oral and written communication skills
◉ Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
◉ Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
◉ Account management of company’s accounts consisting from but not limited to the French and English speaking accounts
◉ Concluding sales of the inquiries with preparation of travel documents
◉ Input of all relevant data into system, overseeing sending of invoices and payments to suppliers, follow-up payments if necessary in coordination with accounting department
◉ Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
◉ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
◉ Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company
