👉🏽Position: Mandarin Document Process Associate Specialist (Hybrid Set-Up + Dayshift Schedule)
👉🏽Type of Job: Back Office
👉🏽Salary: Negotiable
👉🏽Location: Ortigas, Pasig City |
👉🏽Schedule: Dayshift; Monday to Friday
👉🏽Set-up: Hybrid set-up
Requirements:
👉🏽Proficient in Mandarin and English.
👉🏽Bachelor’s Degree in any medical-allied course. (Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing, Chemistry, Medical 👉🏽Technology, Biology or Doctor of Medicine, etc.)
👉🏽Experience handling or working on ECTP (European Common Technical Document) is preferred.
👉🏽Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
👉🏽Working experience in a Customer Service environment.
Responsibilities:
👉🏽In charge of development, publishing and archive of activities related tasks within the agreed timelines for submissions.
👉🏽Following guidelines and standards for quality control in submission publishing.
👉🏽Following the right procedures for using publication, validation, and document management systems.
👉🏽Support other team members with submission workload when necessary to provide flexible support for the submission portfolio.
👉🏽Support global/local teams by completing tasks assigned by submission coordinators
