Position: Mandarin HR Admin Coordinator
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Php 50, 000 - Php 55,000
Work set-up: Work On-Site

Requirements:
🔶Bachelor's Degree of any course.
🔶Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino.
🔶At least 6 months experience in any corporate setting; HR background is an advantage

Responsibilities:
🔶Assists the HR Manager and HR Team to ensure all locations are fully staffed with the required number of employees.
🔶Act as the bridge of Chinese employees to the HR Department regarding inquiries or concerns.
🔶Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
🔶Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
🔶Support other functions as assigned
