Position: German Customer Care Representative
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 95,000 gross
Work Set up: Onsite
Requirements:
◉ Preferably Filipino national who can speak fluently in German or at least B2 level
◉ Bachelor’s degree of any course
◉ BPO experience is a plus
◉ Amenable to start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
◉ Establish a customer relationship with consumers.
◉ Exceeds customer expectations by going above and beyond all other duties as assigned.
◉ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
◉ Analyze customer issues and provide solutions according to the account procedures and guidelines.
