Position: Mandarin Senior Research Analyst
Industry: BPO/ IT Company
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English
✅ Graduate of Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Financial Management, or finance related courses (such as CFA etc.)
✅ Financial markets & domain knowledge (Equities, Capital Markets, Financial Statements & Analysis)
✅ 4-6 years of experience in Financial Research (with at least 1-3 years of experience in Equity Research
✅ Understanding of fundamental accounting principles, valuation methodologies
✅ Ability to understand and analyze company reports and financial statements
✅ Perform fundamental analysis & modeling
✅ Should have a good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities:
✅ Create, update & circulate periodic sector/industry/company newsletters.
✅ Update and maintain sector specific databases
✅ Perform primary research on sector/industry/company
✅ Prepare issuer or sector review material for Onshore Analysts
✅ Perform fundamental modeling & analysis of issuers/securities
✅ Update spreadsheets/models for company results and announcements
✅ Understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic function
✅ Ability to write summary reports, analyze sector/market trends
✅ Strong domain and research experience with prior experience in project management
✅ Guide and mentor junior to intermediate Research Analyst Support
✅ Review reports handled by junior to intermediate Research Analyst Support
✅ Identify areas for process change/improvement
