This is a very new account to help policy owners to understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements , its coverage, especially the amount for sickness, hospitalization and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Mandarin Insurance Claims Support

Responsibilities:
✅Answer emails and calls from insured Mandarin speaker about their policy
✅Assist Mandarin patient on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
✅Assist Mandarin patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✅Give Mandarin customers their policy type and its benefits
✅Explain to Mandarin patients how to claim the amount of money
✅Discuss the qualification to the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
✅Give list to the Mandarin the list of hospitals and clinics for check up
✅Benefits of family member for the insurance
✅Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
✅Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
✅Provide empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls.

Requirements:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Graduate and Undergraduate (2nd year college level as the minimum regardless of whether new (K12) or old curriculum).
✅WITHOUT BPO healthcare background, required 1 year of BPO experience.
✅WITH BPO healthcare background, required at least 6 months of BPO experience.
✅Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site
