Position: Japanese Technical Manager

Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 70,000 - 300,000 Gross
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Work Set-up: Hybrid and open for Permanent Work from home outside Cebu

Requirements:
● Open to JLPT N1 - N2 Passer and Japanese Nationals
● Have experience with IT/Web development projects.
● Open to Bachelor or College Level of any related course
● Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
● Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project

Responsibilities:
●Working closely with the project manager and the client contact person to define project scope, roles and responsibilities.
● Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Code review.
● Any language or framework is good but PHP/ Java is required
● Identifying and removing debugging that impedes the progress of projects.
● Solving technical issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
