Position: Accounting Supervisor – Tax Compliance
Company Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Tanauan Batangas
Salary Offer: Php 25,000 to Php30,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday w/ 1 working Saturday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With experience in General Accounting is an advantage
✨With supervisory experience is an asset

Job Responsibilities:
✨In charge of managing tax compliance and returns (VAT, ITR, withholding).
✨Represent the business in all tax-related matters.
✨Handle payroll administration, BIR 2316 preparation, and Alphalist attachment to 1604CF.
✨Manages the issuance of debit and credit notes and invoices for the new business.
✨Keep an eye on advances, deposits, accounts payable, and other accounts.
✨Examines cash disbursements, comparing check amounts to invoice amounts.
✨Manages the processing of employee mandatory payments (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) and carries out trade payments to foreign suppliers.
✨Make a physical inventory every month.
✨Continue to monitor small and fixed assets on a monthly basis.
✨Offer support in the creation of thorough financial reports
✨Help the outside auditors
✨Create accounting guidelines and practices.
✨Other tsks may be assigned by immediate superior
