Position: Norwegian IT Helpdesk Representative
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
❍ Filipino or Foreign nationals who can speak, read, and write Norwegian language fluently
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Excellent technical and computer skills
❍ BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
❍ Give customers timely and accurate feedback
❍ Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
❍ Monitor and maintain computer networks
❍ Maintaining good client relations
