Requirements:
Open to JLPT N1 Passer/Level
Open also to Japanese Nationals with permanent visa / Half-Filipino-Half Japanese
Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
Hospitality background would be preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Responsible for appropriate call handling of incoming customer phone calls related to websites and transactions.
Provide excellent customer service, and assist customers' concerns and inquiries.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Responsible for providing travel information, booking reservations, servicing existing reservations, educating on company websites, and providing ticketing services.
