Requirements:
◉ Foreign National Fluent in German and has permanent residence in the Philippines
◉ Bachelor’s degree holder
◉ Amenable to start as soon as possible
◉ Customer Service Background is a big advantage
◉ Has leadership and management experience
◉ Has experience leading or managing a group of people
◉ Knows BPO industry and customer service


Responsibilities:
◉ In charge of daily operations of the German Agents
◉ Handle performance and help the agents to achieve the team and company’s goal
◉ Provide feedback, support and professional coaching if needed
◉ Handle German email and chat support agents doing customer service
