Position: Danish IT Helpdesk Specialist
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
🟠 Proficient in Danish and English Language
🟠 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
🟠 Knowledgeable in Computer application
🟠 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
🟠 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
🟠 BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
🟠 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
🟠 Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
🟠 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
🟠 Perform other related tasks
