Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) 9am to 6pm - Dayshift
Work Setup: Work Onsite

Requirements:
💥Hindi national proficient in English language
💥Filipino can speak, read, and write Hindi and English language
💥Degree holder or any course (Engineer, Science, Medical or Technical)
💥Having Has technical support background is an advantage
💥Willing to work onsite in Taguig
💥Can start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:
💥Guide the Indian users of the proper use of the device
💥Assist the users on step by step guide to properly handle and maintain the device
💥Assist medical representative with their concerns on a particular device
💥Help Indian Medical Technician in trouble shooting the device
💥Assist the Med tech on how to escalate the technical issues
💥Answer inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
💥Help customers on how to use the manual of the device
💥Read and familiarize the manuals written in Hindi language
