Position: Hindi Customer Service Executive

Requirements:
🔔Indian national in the Philippines
🔔Good English communication skills
🔔With 1 year or above experience in Customer Service
🔔Tech savvy with basic coding knowledge
🔔Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
🔔Handling customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
🔔Maintaining positive customer relationship
🔔Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
🔔Data entries of event results in the systems
🔔And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
