Position: Appraiser Specialist
Company Industry: Finance Company
Location: Pasig
Salary Offer: Php25,000-Php40,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨Knowledgeable in the current market price and condition of 2nd hand automobiles is an advantage
✨With at least 3 years of working experience being an appraiser and/or in related field for this position is a plus
✨With experience working in financing industry is an asset

Job Responsibilities:
✨Compile relevant and comparable information about the subject's FMV for valuation.
✨Verifies that all prices are reasonable and consistent with the accepted valuation methodology.
✨Tracks the appraisal request's progress to make sure it's compliant and gets done within the allotted TAT.
✨Within the necessary TAT, respond to questions and follow-ups about the status of the appraisal request and other relevant matters.
✨Take part in meetings and suggest modifications to procedures targeted at raising output and raising service standards.
✨Participate in job-related seminars and training courses.
✨Ensures that reports are prepared and submitted on time and accurately, as requested by superiors.
✨Carry out additional tasks as occasionally delegated by superior
