Requirements:
➤ Fluent in Spanish and English
➤Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent resident visa
➤Open for undergraduates
➤Willing to work and relocate in Subic, Zambales
➤Customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
➤ Respond to emails or calls from clients who speak Spanish, both inbound and outbound
➤ Help to Identify and assess client concerns to provide customer service satisfaction
➤Responsible to track and updates all the documents related to customer interactions in a timely manner
➤ Identify and assess customer issues to deliver satisfactory customer service
➤Perform other related tasks
