Position: BPO Operations Trainer – Salary Up To Php40,000

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor's degree holder
✨With experience in tele collections, customer service, or related operational roles is an advantage
✨With previous experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services or collections environment is a plus
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Create and deliver training courses
✨Provide interesting training materials, such as exercises, manuals, presentations, and tests.
✨Organize training sessions for both current and new hires.
✨Work together with other departments to determine the needs for training
✨Continue to mentor and assist employees
✨Assist in the creation and application of fresh tactics and procedures
✨Act as a resource for staff members, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and offering advice when required.
✨Create a welcoming learning atmosphere that promotes cooperation, teamwork, and professional development.
