Position: French Human Resource Coordinator
Job Location: Pasig City
Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 90,000
Work Arrangement: Work from home 3 days and Work Onsite 2 days
Industry: Australian Mining Firm
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining
Type of Job: Back office in Human Resource
Schedule: French Time zone

Requirements:
◉ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write French language
◉ French Language is basic to conversational
◉ Can speak English we well
◉ Graduate of any courses
◉ Open to candidates without any HR related background
◉ Must be able to work in Ortigas Site

Responsibilities:
◉ Answer emails and concerns from French Speaking employees about HR concerns
◉ Update French employee’s corporate profile like civil status or change of name
◉ Handle performance evaluation, loyalty awards and annual feedback and appraisal
◉ Provide details to French employees about their health card coverage and dependents
◉ Work as HR to monitor the candidate’s performance progress and evaluation
