Client Profile:
This company aims to become a preeminent worldwide provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) management and solutions with a focus on the financial technology sector through our local business partners in the Philippines. They assist small, medium, and large businesses, both domestic and foreign, in setting up dependable front-to-back-office operations.
Position: Customer Service Trainer
Company Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasig City
Salary Offer: Up to Php40,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Set Up: Onsite
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor's degree holder or Non-Bachelors Degree holder can apply
✨At least 2 years and above working experience as a Trainer in BPO environment.
✨With experience in tele collections, customer service, or related operational roles is an advantage
✨With previous experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services or collections environment is an advantage
✨Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
✨Create and deliver training courses
✨Provide interesting training materials, such as exercises, manuals, presentations, and tests.
✨Organize training sessions for both current and new hires.
✨Act as a resource for staff members, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and offering advice when required.
✨Create a welcoming learning atmosphere that promotes cooperation, teamwork, and professional development.
