They assist small, medium, and large businesses, both domestic and foreign, in setting up dependable front-to-back-office operations.

Position: BPO Operations Trainer
Company Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasig City
Salary Offer: Up to Php40,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
🎁 Bachelor's degree holder or Non-Bachelors Degree holder can apply
🎁 At least 2 years and above working experience as a Trainer in BPO environment.
🎁 With experience in tele collections, customer service, or related operational roles is an advantage
🎁 With previous experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services or collections environment is an advantage
🎁 Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
🎁 Create and deliver training courses
🎁 Provide interesting training materials, such as exercises, manuals, presentations, and tests.
🎁 Organize training sessions for both current and new hires.
🎁 Work together with other departments to determine the needs for training
🎁 Continue to mentor and assist employees
