Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Requirements:
🎉 Bachelors Degree in any related field.
🎉 Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
🎉 3 months working experience in a BPO Company is a big advantage but not required.
🎉 Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
🎉 Call customers with overdue accounts.
🎉 Understand and explain the benefits of repayment and credit history to customers.
🎉 Correct customer misunderstandings on product policies and terms.
🎉 Diffuse tension from bad customer experiences with the application.
🎉 Set up payment plans and follow-up schedule.
