Position: Polish Service Desk Representative
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
◉ Proficient in Polish and English Language
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Knowledgeable in Computer application
◉ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
◉ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
◉ BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
◉ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
◉ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
◉ Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
◉ Analyses call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
◉ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
