Position: German Customer Care Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set up: Onsite
Requirements:
◉ Open to Foreign nationals who can speak German and English language with permanent residence visa in the Philippines
◉ Bachelor’s degree of any course
◉ Willing to work onsite
◉ Willing to work on shifting schedule
◉ Amenable to start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
◉ Analyze customer issues and provide solutions according to the account procedures and guidelines.
◉ Communicate with the supervisor, team members and other teams regarding problems, solutions and trends
◉ Troubleshooting and providing technical support to customers with product and service issues
◉ Address customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns.
◉ To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior
