Position: Danish IT Helpdesk Specialist
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💙 Proficient in Danish and English Language
💙 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
💙 Knowledgeable in Computer application
💙 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
💙 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
💙 BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
💙 Assist Danish customers with their concerns about a specific account
💙 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
💙 Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
💙 Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
💙 Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
💙 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
💙 Perform other related tasks
