Position: Mandarin Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Industry: Investment Company
Schedule: Dayshift 9AM-6PM
Salary: Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
☑️ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
☑️ Highly proficient in Mandarin and English language.
☑️ At least 2 years experience as Recruitment Manager
☑️ Proven background in global recruitment strategies.
☑️ Knowledge of budget management with the ability to achieve recruitment goals within budget constraints.
☑️ Knowledge of budget management with the ability to achieve recruitment goals within the given budget.
☑️ Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with different levels of management.

Responsibilities:
☑️ Responsible for making sure that the recruitment goals and KPIs are achieved.
☑️ Work with supervisors to determine position requirements to meet their recruitment needs.
☑️ Work closely with the sourcing team to ensure correct needs and profiles.
☑️ Track employment data, such as cost per hire and specific costs associated with recruiting activities.
☑️ Need to provide weekly status reports describing employment activities and improve domestic and international recruitment reporting.
