Job Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent discipline.
• Contextual Master for APIGEE cloud knowledge.
• Resolve challenging technical issues.
• Successfully manage customer escalations and critical issues through technical diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Job Requirements
• Deliver high-quality incident reports for key customer issues.
• Deployed, configured, and optimized Splunk software for effective data ingestion.
• Controlling user access and permissions, as well as creating data preservation regulations.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting API Management and Gateway solutions, particularly Apigee.
