Position: Mandarin Recruitment Executive
Industry: Investment Company
Schedule: Dayshift 9AM-6PM
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Location: Makati City
Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
☑️ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
☑️ Highly proficient in Mandarin and English.
☑️ 2 years of experience as a people manager in Recruitment.
☑️ 5 years of experience in Recruitment, with a proven track record in global recruitment strategies.
☑️ Knowledge of budget management with the ability to meet recruitment goals within budgetary constraints.
☑️ Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management.
Responsibilities:
☑️ Handle KPI for recruitment operations and achieved goals.
☑️Coordinates with stakeholders to regulate the job requirements for recruitments needed.
☑️Responsible for collaborating and ensuring that operations are carried on in an appropriate.
☑️Monitor the employment data, including cost per hire, expenses with hiring process. Ensure that there are job requisitions for each available position.
☑️Should provide a weekly reports on employment activity and improve local and international recruiting reports.
