Company Profile: A big global healthcare insurance account in the Philippines is hiring Mandarin-speaking Claim specialists for their 20 headcounts. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.
Position: Mandarin Healthcare Specialist
Type of job: Back Office
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Industry: Global Health Insurance for foreigners
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 75,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Requirements of the Job:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (conversational level)
✅Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
✅No age limit and no gender preferences
✅Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site
Responsibilities of Job Application:
✅Answer emails and calls from insured Mandarin speaker about their policy
✅Assist Mandarin patient on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
✅Assist Mandarin patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✅Give Mandarin customers their policy type and its benefits
✅Explain to Mandarin patients how to claim the amount of money
