Position: Mandarin Customer Support Advisor

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Requirements of Job Application:
✅Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Traditional)
✅Can speak conversational English language.
✅College undergraduates are welcome to apply.
✅Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅Can work in a shifting schedule.
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Troubleshoot basic customer issues that are technical including hardware, software, and networking.
✅Assist and provide a resolution regarding the questions of users.
✅Follow the appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed.
✅Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
✅Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills.
