Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in law. business, finance, or economics.
✅ 1-3 years relevant experience but fresh graduates are preferred.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for scheduling and preparing all the needed materials for board meetings.
✅ Ensure the agenda is properly disseminated to all the board members before the meeting.
✅ Maintaining records of meetings, systems, and plans accurately.
✅ Supporting the management in developing policies and procedures during implementation.
✅ Strengthen communication between board members, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
