Position: Japanese Technical Director
Industry: Japanese IT Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 80,000 -300,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Work Set-up: Hybrid and open for Permanent Work from home outside Cebu
📍Requirements:
🔉JLPT N1 - N2 Passer
🔉Have experience with IT/Web development projects.
🔉Open to Bachelor or College Level of any related course
🔉Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
🔉Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project
📍Responsibilities:
● Working closely with the project manager and the client contact person to define project scope, roles and
responsibilities.
● Determining project technical requirements and providing detailed project estimates and timelines.
● Working closely with members and assigning tasks to achieve daily, weekly or monthly goals.
● Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
● Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
● Solving technical issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
● Overseeing deployments and new releases.
● Code review.
● Any language or framework is good but PHP/ Java is required.
