Position: Mandarin HR Operation Specialist
Type of Job: Back Office Job
Industries: IT Company for online gaming clients
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00-6:00pm)

Responsibilities:

✅ Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, performance appraisal ,regulatory compliance and training plans.
✅ Notify internal teams of personnel changes.
3.Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts.
✅ Providing support and working with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.
✅ Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details
✅ Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
✅ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
✅ Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws.
✅ Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations.
✅ Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of experience in HR Administration
✅ Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
✅ Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills.
✅ Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
✅ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
✅ Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills.
✅ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication in the Mandarin language
