Company Profile: This is a global Information Technology and Contact Center in the Philippines. Based in Canada, This firm expanded in the Philippines and is currently in need of foreign language speakers such as Swedish, German, Polish, Latvian and other foreign languages.
Position: Finnish IT Desktop Support
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
◉ Filipino or Foreign applicants who can speak, read, and write Finnish language
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Knowledgeable in Computer application
◉ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
◉ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
◉ BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
◉ Stay updated on new developments in, and analyze reviews of, computing technologies
◉ Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
◉ Monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software and solve technical problems
◉ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
◉ Maintain a work log of job tickets and maintenance tasks
