Position: Mandarin HR Specialist
Type of job: Emails and Calls Job
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off
Industry: Online Gaming

Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs.
✅ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
✅ Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
✅ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
✅ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
✅ Sustaining long-standing relationships with recruitment vendors.
✅ Coordinating and bridge of TA and the recruitment vendors for requisition.
Requirements
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅ Bachelor's Degree graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
✅ Background in general HR
✅ At least 1-2 years experience in the Recruitment field.
