Position: Mandarin Speaking Travel Specialist
Type of job: Email and Calls Job
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 35,000-Php 50,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✅Respond to customers’ inquiries about bookings, travel promos, and reservations through email and chat.
✅Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
✅Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations of bookings.
✅Resolve and provide solutions for misplaced or denied bookings
Requirements:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder of any field
✅BPO Experience is a plus but not required
✅Open for Fresh Graduates
