⭐Korean National proficient in English
⭐Presently living in the Philippines
⭐Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
⭐With customer service experience is a big advantage
⭐Willing to work in Makati City
⭐Willing to work onsite (Office based)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Provide assistance with clients’ concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
⭐Proper escalation of client’s concerns and queries.
⭐Presenting products to the client’s and ensuring to increase the sales revenue.
⭐Build sustainable relationship to clients
⭐Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.
